## Notes

Biters path with A*; artillery aggro across lakes made long searches slow; hierarchical pathfinding abstracts each 32x32 chunk into terrain components ignoring entities; an abstract Reverse Resumable A* runs from the goal and supplies the heuristic for the tile-level A*; long searches take a few ticks; path behavior unchanged.
