## Notes

All pawns get a childhood backstory; pawns generated at 20 or older also get an adulthood one. Backstories add flat skill modifiers, enable or disable work types, and grant or forbid traits. 25% of regular pawns and all faction leaders first try a fixed player-made bio, else shuffled backstories.
